In fairness, we've had a steady flow of content from ~Summer Camp on (December in particular was quite active). But it was very dire before then. The entire first half of 2020 was something which could hardly be classified as a game. And 2019 just felt like them purposefully dragging their feet on Lostbelt releases for whatever reason.
The word is, Genshin forced their hand, a guess mostly, but fairly educated.
Well for the first half of 2021 we'll prob get

- Case Files Rerun
- New collab
Who knows if a Lostbelt chapter is even gonna be released in the first half.

Yeah, this is something that I noticed, but we've been getting a lot of strengthening quests these days, which I'm happy about. I hope they continue offering more, because some Servants are definitely in need of one or two.
Assuming the Avalon/Arcuied foreshadowing will pay off (not too unlikely imo), we might be getting LB6 for the basic "LB6 with Arcueid in April -> Tsukihime collab in May -> Tsukihime Remake release on Summer" cross-promotion deal. It's what a competent business would do, at least.
Well it won't be the first time FGO collab is used to promote something. Like Apo was to promote the anime, Case Files was also for the anime, Requiem was to promote the LN.

Fairies and True Ancestor are established are super high brands of Elementals since forever.
Arthuria's NP chant talks about "the planet's breath", which is also the name of Arcueid's Melty Blood special.
Merlin's NP chant and bond CE (and IIRC some story dialogue somewhere) refers to Avalon as "the planet's inland sea", which is the name of Archetype's Melty Blood stage.
Elmo 2's Case Files dedicating a whole half of its overarching plot to linking Arthurian stuff to Aylesbury stuff.
And on a more meta level, it makes sense in terms of Lostbelt final boss serial escalation to have the "sort of a Type but not really" in between the "king of the gods in his most godly form" and the "actual Type".
so is that foreshadowing for enkidu too since he says the same thing? it's just what people utilizing the planet's power tend to chant
that's the reverse side in general, so not an explicit connection to Arc, just people connected to the planet
eh, we've got a couple beasts to go for escalation and ORT is the big secret boss monster already, Arc doesn't really fit in here
