I feel like two whole tiers between Tesla and Gil/Ishtar is a bit too much tbh...
Amakusa, Chad Orion, and Tesla should go up a tier. Anastasia and Ashwattaman should go up a tier. Fionn has 30% gauge on a post-interlude color-buffed NP, don't do him like this man.

Hijikata in the same tier as Cu Chulainn Alter is giving me brain damage tbh
He still has his utility stun, AOE crit down, and a fancy new targetable NP gain up. I ran him with Matt and Nightingale back during Guda^4 and they did pretty well.

Hijikata is galaxy brain strats but he can do damage
cu chan is kinda poor mans soloer
he is really good when you need to solo and you have no one else
but also no charge, no crits, vulnerable to bullshit which bypasses his dodge
not very high peak performance

no its kinda unintentional
liz is just top tier buffer
medb is cool but her defence down is only one turn so she isnt actually that cool and also steals stars and costs more
liz is just better value across the board
ok i rearranged things a bit, one less tier now

I still hope that they someday give Tamamo an unnecessary skill buff for filling NP bars in the future so that she too can play in the big leagues with all the other meta supports that are strict requirements to OTK challenges, rack up insane digit counts, 3 turn farming, and whatnot.
