Seems like some people expect Saber Jacques from this event but I am incredibly doubtful.
On the same note, even if Saber Jacques were summonable, I don't believe the people crying out about Jacques would pull for them.

Why wouldn't they? Most of the people getting riled up are people who prefer male servants in the first place.
That said, he's very obviously not going to show up anymore than proto Merlin ever is.
I want to point out that this year, starting from Shiroumasa, we've only had 3 male Servants (not counting Caenis as I'm going with Servants with male bodies) while the rest have been female, I believe 22 females if I counted properly.
I guess DW thinks we don't want more males despite people wanting more of them.

It is, honest to God, nothing new actually. Past year two you'll notice that pretty much all the new male servants come from main story chapters or at least events that tie in the main plot in some way like Nemo from imaginary scramble. Depending on the Collab there could be one or two, Guda Guda usually dumps one new one at least. Summer by default kicks up the gender disparity on account to them never letting the boys have swimsuits so there being way more girls is inevitable.
The problem, however, is that there has only been one main story chapter these past 10 months. And so the end result is this. One can argue that they should have known that the scheduling would have affected male servant releases but TM knows that female fans will be placated by CBC merchandise every fall so they don't care.

Even of strictly speaking Quirinus Is not considered male and Dioscuri is a male-female couple.
