I've seen suggestions that all the strengthenings this week will be for dudes, given that (assuming Yan Qing) at least 4/7 are boys.
If it's really all male, then I hope they buff Ozy's 1st skill.

LOL, he still does stupid amount of damage and is pretty much unkillable with guaranteed IP. His animations are the only thing that suck from him, Arcade does a better job here. He's still a top choice for most people, heck he was one of the most used Servants in Grail Wars.
The only 5* Rider that needs an upgrade is Iskandar, he has nothing special compared to most 5* Riders in this game. No NP charge, no survivability, nothing to deal with annoying gimmicks in fights, only damage which is just not enough when the rest of Riders bring way more useful things.

Yaaay, Quetz time. Upgrade to her Charisma, seems to be a star bomb to combine with her crit skill it seems. No change to her attack up values, though in her case they were at 21% already compared to most that didn't reach 20%.
Edit: 25 stars at max level.
So the all-dude theory is debunked with this. I'm happy that it's Kuku after all.
Oh, that means Quetz is on rate-up right now. A good option to roll if you don't have her, she's quite fun to use.
Edit: Another Servant to get an upgrade from the list of Servants that were on the Babylonia anime but didn't get anything during or after it. Still hoping for that Leonidas animation upgrade DW.

Mata Hari has always been a niche-use Servant. Niche-use Servants get some mileage no matter what. The harder-to-use Servants are those that do damage because it becomes a matter of "who does more damage and a higher DPS" and those that lose out on the burst damage/DPS needs some other form of merit to be viable. Which is why I was hoping for Charlotte upgrade since she needs more value to at least be more viable.

nameless farmer was low tier servant since FSN, no surprise for 1 star.
but he got wank way before Musashi, by Kinoko himself.
It's kinda funny how even if there was a leak telling us that today's buff replaced Charisma for Sun Charisma, we still wouldn't know if it was for Ozy or for Quetz.
Think it's safe to say that the SR Lancer is either Vlad (Extra) or Saber Lancer Alter, assuming that the Servant in question will benefit from the doubled up Charisma.
