I don't think TM will just go as long nosed mythical creature.

There are many version with different answers to "what it is a Tengu", but as far as I know, the most common version is that Tengus are beings advanced enough in the Buddhist arts to gain Buddhist magic power, but who never reached enlightenment because that involves ridding yourself of your personality flaws, and this person has one specific flaw they're so proud of that they don't want to let go of even if it comes at the cost of never becoming enlightened. Their inhuman traits are result of the Buddhist magic power in their bodies being corrupted by the flaw they attached themselves to.

If you think about it, Pepe has a very decent chance of turning Tengu in his next appearance, assuming he isn't already one.

As I said, 2 to go, so she's NP3 now, tied with Karna for my highest NP level SSR.

Note: I never rolled during a Karna rate-up

I got the first two Astaroths in less than 10 singles first time around, and I was just shooting for CEs. I think I even had a friend roll for me.

Well an increased rate to 1.5% for 5* Servants would already be a blessing. Make the rate up 5* be 1% or smth.

Sounds like a downgrade in the rate-up department tbh. 1% off the 1.5% is basically 66% of the entire 5* Servant pool. FGO's current .7% off 1.0% is 70%. Means you're more likely to get a dupe than before, however so slight it looks. Should be 1.2% off the 1.5% so it's boosted to 80%. At worst, give us 10.5% or the same 70% rate-up.

Above 1% is already beyond industry standard so I doubt DW'd be willing to go beyond that if increased Rate does happen.
