does the defense down effect activate after NP damage?

If you're asking about Paul, then yes. When the debuff description appears after the damage part it means it's applied after.

Caster was back for LB5 last year and for 25m download this year. Koyan of Light came back after this year's New Year and that's all for now. Honestly, I think the odds are just up to the whims of Lasengle. They'll probably release their rate-ups infrequently but enough to keep milking them. At the very least, I do not expect them to take 3 years before the next rate-up banner like with Bryn. I expect them to be annual rate-ups, if not every two years.

We got Summer Proto Merlin coming, our first Arcade-exclusive to finally be added into this game. Hopes are that she's the new Quick support.

Oberon and Morgan will get another one later this year when they countdown to LB7 gets to LB6. Think they've already done through LB4, so probably in 2-3 months.

The fuck are you talking about? i think the last servant who started with upgrade right away or shortly after was mhxa which is like half a year post launch? no one else did.

While there is definitely sentiment towards event limited servants that they wont have their np upgrade until they do and you may be stuck with unupgradable np until after game story fucking concludes which sucks
but its just something to keep in mind because that is how the game works

He is a good taunter though? he is just not a sacrificial taunter, or a turtle taunter
you use him as main damage dealer who also taunts to keep your supports safe and regain back a significant amount of charge
you can even do 2 taunts in a row now with koyanskaya without sacrificing your damage

Vlad is actually a really good 4* servant, has been even at release, and his buff is huge - you can toss a very good buff on your damage dealer if you dont use vlad as one and sacrifice him while applying a bunch of defence downs on enemy
he is low-key insanely good

Pretty much.

His buff is the best one out of the whole batch which admittedly isn't saying much, but it really does help his kit be way more cohesive.
