Raikou being Ushi Gozen was kind of out of nowhere, but beyond that the connections "exist" though they're tennuous. Ushi Gozen = Ox King = Susanoo =* Sakra = Indra, with that * part being where the ties get questionable. It's not something Nasu made up though. The only thing that really connects Susanoo and Indra is that they're both storm gods and share typical storm god motifs lol, but that's like saying Thor = Zeus = Susanoo = Indra, which is not the case in the Nasuverse obviously. There might be some obscure ass Shingon shit there but obscure is putting it lightly

Gozu Tennou in SMT3 had Thor as his strongest underling. But you can't just shove Thor into Raikou, Gozu Tennou has connections with India, so make it Indra instead.
Though this is pushing it for the meme a little bit, Nasu isn't even the first person to connect him to Indra anyways as Emilio said.

Does anyone remember the trivia/quiz that they hosted that was like 50 questions and they showed the top scorers at the end? I thought I had saved it but I can't find it anywhere. I recall merem110 and silver moon being featured as high scorers as well but searching twitter I can't find anything.
Actually I think it was 100 questions but I could be wrong, I think the average score was 50/100?

One site archived it though if anyone was interested in it. It's 60 and some are fill in the blank, must be exact match or you fail. The average score was less than 50.
