There's no precedent for Servants changing Classes with Ascensions, but Alcides having a non-Avenger Ascension sounds like a perfect place to start.
Honestly, if the first ascention is just his "Archer Herc" form from the manga when he got summoned, with non-edgy dialogue and all I don't think people would care if in the card it says "Avenger". They can even throw in the archer passive class skills alongside the avenger's like with other servants who have a mix of those and it would be virtually Archer Herc but not.
Archer Herk is Kinoko's job... since FSN.

it's not about FGO can or can't, it's about Kinoko willing to touch normal Herk or not.

I still stand by my thought that Oberon's third skill should also apply Quick and Arts boosts. You use him in the same way regardless of who you are buffing and they all end up dying anyway (unless the fight ends) so I don't see why Buster should get the extra bonus.

Just like Case Files was also a TV Special for New Year's before it got a season proper. Like i said, it's too early to tell, but i highly doubt they'll just stop at a special and that's it.
Titania is a fictional character created by Shakespeare (Buster support) by combining character elements from Medb (Buster), generic female Titan (indirectly Buster through Kingprotea), and Artemis (Arts by some kind of mistake, should have been Buster).

I wish that the 'generic female Titan' was as deep as that rabbit hole went but given that he's cribbing the list of constituent parts of Titania from the Women's Encyclopedia of Myths and Secrets there's every chance "Titan" is meant to refer to the goddess in that conspiracy theory of a book whose supposed matriarchal mystery cult was obliterated by the Greeks and who became the basis for the Titanes of Greek myth.
