That's precisely the issue. It's only a good reward for people who've been playing for 6 whole years. Any mobage will have an attrition rate, and to stay alive, it needs to attract new players. A fragment per day would be about 30% less significant as the retroactive +10 per 50 days from 3rd Anniversary. 10 SQ per 50 days for 3rd, and 7.14 per 50 days for 6th.

The message that sends to new players is positively awful. Playing from start to 3rd Anniversary, an era of constant new content (and of Shiokawa) would get you more immediate quartz when its reward (3rd Anniversary) came out than playing from 3rd Anniversary to 6th Anniversary, which has seen constant shouts of "dead game." A quartz bonus--and a quartz bonus alone--would essentially be adding insult to injury, admitting that the last three years have been unrewarding and then straight-up mocking players who joined during them.

Which is why that's probably exactly what Kanou will do.

Then they can just add it (without previous logins to be fair to the new players). Be nice to get an extra quartz every week for just logging in.

Usually they have other things too, I doubt if they did this it'd be the *only* thing they'd do lol.

It still won't make the game more welcoming to new players honestly:

- They still won't have access to Main Interludes that have free Servants in it, good luck getting Shiki for them.

- For the ones that are available (plus helpful Mystic Codes and CEs, and extra NP copies of the free Servants since for some stupid reason you only get them at NP1) they have to use Rare Prisms to get them, which is not something a new player can really afford until they're one year into the game and they get them from reruns (and no, burning gold Servants is not the way, a new player can't afford to do that at the beginning), and this is content that is better for them to be able to get ASAP.

- They have to go through the boring story, specially Septem, until they finally reach Camelot which is the point the game become more fun both in gameplay and story, so good luck convincing the new player to stick to the game until they reach it when they could be playing another mobage that has a better start.

I would like that they buff more SSRs and do Strengthenings more frequently. Actually, just buff more servants in general and stop using it as an excuse for content smh.

For the 6th Ani, I have no expectations for DW or the game at this point.

LOL, now that you mention it, it is kinda dumb they released their gatchas in Part 1 when it's probably Part 2 that makes you like them, specially for Morgan. Maybe they should have made Part 1 gatcha available again.

Hilariously, fixing the bug would be a pretty sizeable nerf. Having the 100% charge available while remaining ST makes boss looping comps for her a lot simpler.

Ensuring something works as intended (and explicitly stated) isn't a nerf.

Non-critical bugs (aka stuff people won't complain about) often get pushed down the pipeline. That doesn't imply any kind of company approval.
