Who knows. NA tries to implement gameplay or QoL changes earlier if it's possible, but don't expect it to be until after a year taking into account this is a new thing.
It also depends on how this system will work, which we will know this Sunday.
Is this the first month after a year plus that we didn't get an Advanced Quest? Or do you think they delayed it.

4 weeks until the next event and 3 of them are gonna be dead weeks. I'm gonna guess 2 weeks will be spent on the welfare thing and maybe a new advanced quest.
