I'd like to amend this, actually. Olympus has been built up for years, since the start of Part 2. The biggest Lostbelt, the most powerful, the most advanced, with the biggest threat, the head Crypter.

...And this is what we've been waiting for? booooooooo

Artemis = nukes several islands, eventually goes down with the sacrifice of most of our team, super cinematic death, climax of the story

Poseidon = infiltrate his body, shutting him down core by core, fight takes place in the middle of a massive maelstrom, ends with an escape the sinking ship scenario

Other gods = hahaha black barrel goes brrrrrr

To be fair, the Black Barrel existed (it was mentioned to being builded by Sion) and all, so it isn't a complete deus ex machina, but yeahhhhh... Comparing with the sheer desperation of our last fights, after we got the god killing machine, god killing became... easy.

Yeahhh. We were super stacked after a while. (And frankly, as much as I loved how we struggled against Artemis and Odysseus and Poseidon, it was also rather nice to see Chaldea on top for a change.)

The plot and mats always build her up as strong
and she's not one shot everyone like in uuhh what Encore series

Beast Vitch was extremely annoying. The worst part about her encounter was the heal + attack buff that happens every time she kills a servant. You essentially need to play it pitch perfect to not choke.

All the boss fight here are pretty annoying af since the start where you can't bring stall Mashu or other Servant. Even worse than Shimosa since some have like 3-4 bars + supper annoying permanent buff gimmicks

THANK YOU! The only part of this that's exciting is Kintoki finally getting to do something. Otherwise, most of the plot seems boring, the cast seems super small compared to most other chapters, and all of the actually new characters aren't even playable yet.

Especially disappointing as a fan of Greek mythology.

reminder that a lot kept bitching about previous lostbelts having too many characters and no one got proper screentime as a result

you needed help from the locals who are 10 thousand years old

you needed help from a bunch of long dead servants

you needed a lightning shogun robot

you needed spaceships

you required Caenis, effectively Poseidon's proxy, to be your ally

Aphrodite nearly caused your death twice

you needed a god killing weapon

you needed a plane

you needed Musashi to show up in a rather random manner and she is OP

you needed to luck out in order to summon a Grand Servant

you needed BS levels of luck to get Ares, the only combat-related god that wasnt named Zeus to help you out

you need Wodime not to fight you at the same time as his own servant was fighting you

and you needed Wodime to help you out as he lay dying

i am sorry, is all of the above too "easy mode" for you?
