He had a face in Treasure Island, if the theories are to be believed.

When we land in Treasure Island, we're immediately engaged by the NPC Pirates, a crew composed of Pirate A, Pirate B, and Pirate C. Pirates A and B are regular Archer mobs but Pirate C is a Caster with infinite Guts. After that battle, Pirates A and B are never seen again, but Pirate C sticks around to say he's having a great time watching our adventure and thank us for being so entertaining every now and them. But the wording in key parts is ambiguous enough to allow the "he's here to see Douman" interpretation.

One of the treasure dungeons we explore during the adventure is decorated like a Shinto shrine and one of its puzzles involves a portrait of Sei Shounagon, which gets the characters wondering what is that doing in the middle of the Caribbean.

In the epilogue, Achilles they didn't discover who created the Micro-Singularity (since Christopher and Douman were competition in the treasure hunt, not the organizers) so he goes ask Chiron for a list of synonyms for "mage". After hearing all the words, Achilles goes "Hm, conjurer starts with a C... Pirate C... Perhaps?".

Then the B side of the event is Kama trying to prove her villain status by arranging 4 challenges themed after the Shishin, meaning Treasure Island can function as an onmyou map.

I wouldn't even say it's a theory, a lot of the dialogue and wording around it seems to confirm it. However,
1. technically still faceless (poor faceless NPCs)
2. using lots of magecraft to hide his appearance ofc

Though I guess releasing around the same period as Douman would suit someone like him. Though I wonder if they'll give him an anti alter-ego (or just anti-Douman specifically) passive

It interesting that both of these events were set-ups by mystery characters (who are probably long-foreshadowed characters).

Foxtail got delayed a bit due to artist health so if the double revel happens, it was by coincidence.

Fate Apocrypha gatcha to go with the Blue-ray Disc and OST release. Some of the Apocrypha Servants have full screen NP now.

I wonder how many Servants are left that still lack one.

Kuzunoha was simply not mentioned in FGO at all. I tried 4 different spellings on the word search and nothing.

Not a direct mention per se. But when Fuuma Kotarou talks about him in Shimousa, he mentioned that Seimei is said to have superhuman strength and extended lifespan due to being half kitsune. So she is still part of his lore.
