Before someone says "but there are four Tamamo Servants", two of them aren't Tamamo, three of them haven't played a role in the story in years, and none of them have costumes when one of them should clearly have six or so costumes already.
Amakusa was already memed so his chances are as dysmal as Nero's.
Bradamante was a Christmas character and she's the Servant most closely related to Fou we have. It's definitely not impossible.
Fate Extella made me realise that if both Nero and Tamamo appear together, favoritism will always make Nero have better and more content than Tamamo. It's a cruel reality we have to face as Fate fans.
