    Honestly, it's really sad she only has a single target NP charge.

    She could have been really good if she'd been able to charge the team a little, even just 10%. Then something like Jacques/Taigong/Skadi would've been possible.

    Ibuki was basically the LB King-tiered individual of 5.5, so it does make sense that she'd be very strong, as her Saber ver. is pretty good too, gamplay-wise.
