Amakusa's NP charge per turn skill now reduces all enemy's NP, inflicts Buster down by 10-20% for 5T, and adds a 20% NP charge.
Da Vinci's Golden Rule now buffs all allies' Arts by 10-20% for 3T.
Jing Ke's 2nd skill now adds special damage against kings (30-50%) for 3T, grants "lower enemy defense (10%) for 3 turns when attacking with Quick cards" for 5 times/3 turns, and Star gen up gets buffed (30-50%).
Because you are too young. Or too stupid. Or both.
Amakusa's is just silly.
Da Vinci is nice because she now has a more reliable steroid skill.

Also, finally got off my ass and rolled for Amakusa just to reunite him with Semiramis. Got both Tsuna and Amakusa on my 5th ten-pull. Not bad.

Happy for Jing Ke’s lore-related buff. Now she actually performs much better than Schez in killing Kings because King Riders are much more common than Assassins, not restricted only to her NP, with added bonus Def debuff per Quick. Pretty decent for a silver.
Dunno, didn't check the list. My assumption is no. Outside of whatever rate-up there is, I mean.

Da Vinci's is sweet, tbh. She was already a really good wave clearer and this just makes her better. Dunno why the buff is party-wide tho that seems a little bit disconnected to the role she's meant to occupy. Would have gotten a stronger Art up for herself and have it not go to allies than this but it is what it is, I suppose.
Probably because she's already a good wave clearer? The party Arts buff is meant to assist your supports to charge their NP faster. Though, as expected, you don't normally think of using wave-clearers on most Challenge Quests or anything that needs more than 1 turn per wave usually.
