Tbh it's not that unrealistic to think Nasu has a giantess fetish seeing as how many girls appear giant in FGO (BB, Bunyan, Kama, Kiara, KP, Barghest and things like Space Ishtar summoning her temple as a giant version of herself or the scene in LB6). And then you have the CCC Fox manga that has two instances of that too. It's either that or a lot of the writers around him have it LOL.
