God forbid someone wants new contents instead of grinding for a shitty makeshift event that should never be three weeks long in the first place.

God forbid they've had the same event format for over a year now (or longer even?) and obviously no intention of changing that, so people just actually take it into account instead of daydreaming and complaining about a lack of realization. The events now are basically designed so that you can almost entirely clear them with just natural AP, so why not just do that and use the rest of the time to do something else? There's not gonna be a new big content drop in the middle of an event, because they've shown for a long time now this is the format they're sticking to.

That said, even if they did put out something new, "new content" would just mean another shitty event that people would complain about anyway, because OC2 is definitely not coming until at least the end of the year, so I really don't see what difference it makes. Oh boy, the shop event is over and I get to do a mission event, how fun.

The events now are basically designed so that you can almost entirely clear them with just natural AP, so why not just do that and use the rest of the time to do something else?

I wish I could agree with you but Storm Pods don't farm themselves with 0AP cost and monuments are a big must-buy so I'm stuck having to burn some of the compensation apples that we get every day during events. Even then, think about how much AP we're actually getting from each apple and you know we're actually in a deficit as it doesn't clearly compensate for the daily 120 AP spent to clear out our Storm Pods.

120 x 7 = 840 AP per week.
1 Gold + 6 Silver = (1 x 145) + (6 x rounded(145/2)) = 145 + 438 = 583 AP per week from apples.

Do the devs think we don't really know how to maths?


EDIT: We should still be in the positive if we're diligently using our AP so we don't cap out but even then it still sucks that it doesn't fully refund the AP spent for Storm Pod quests during events.

I'm glad it's that way. I don't want FGO to be this tedious game where we're just sitting and grinding shit because some weirdo who wanna main FGO wants more content to do. FGO is and will always be a side-game that doesn't take too much time outside of story content. Events focus more on events and Interludes/Strengthening can always be done after the events (exception being Interludes/Strengthenings that are only accessible during event due to not owning the related Servants but it's not like they limit it to one week or less).

Cuz' that just amounts to cheesing a boss with Iori's endgame Void stance, along with Circe turning the boss into pig, which surprised me. It's purely on flashiness side.

This one is more diverse, without spamming Void, instead Iori is using Fire and Wind stance, more dodging JF-ing involved, plus some link strikes with Saber and playing as Arjuna.

Huh... the new Storm Pod quest that's 2 waves and guarantees bell drops also has a chance to drop a reactor core. That's not a bad farm, tbh.

Hard to say. He was giga buffed in both of his appearances in FGO. In Traum he was buff stacked by Zhang Jiao on top of being powered by a Grail. In the Bakin event he was buff stacked by Bakin's Dragon Balls.

tbh i'm probably waiting on Extra 1, Extra 2 is not very appealing - dont think i have the combo of AE\PT i can use to farm.
I will probably decide once i know which particular servant i want to boost.

Gotcha. Can't wait for us to have access to Extra I and still only have one class on each side that we can boost because the devs decided it should be that way to stretch the OC. So, we'd be doing 1-2-3 then interlude (maybe going back to checking if we can enter but surprise, we got more shit to do) and then 4-5-6 before finally doing CHALDEAS for Shielder and Beast unlock. Or something along those lines. That's how the current Extra Class Score unlocks totally feel like it's set up to coincide with OC chapters.

I don't think it's just the huge delays for main story content.Large-scale events(like Saber Wars,for example)have disappeared the past couple years.We know we get three Main Story per year,the Collab event,and the Summer event-and the rest 7 of the 12 months are,by and large,pointless filler.
