Think about it: first Ascension, normal Aoko; second Ascension, Touko, lording it over her sister since it stays the same for the de-facto third Ascension; third proper one is Red; final one is the two of them fighting (doesn't matter since it's only art not a sprite).
And have Janus not even have a presence at all since he's crushed between the two of them.
The waterspouts can be redesigned into ordinary tornados. Or they can do 'eye of the storm' stage.
