I'm just missing 60 coins (I'll get them from getting to bond 9) for my JeanneTron to be Lv120, 10/10/10, double appended (can get another one later I guess but they all kinda suck so you know), and max fou paw'd. Then it's just slowly getting more bond, I guess.

I doubt it. Not like it will be an issue since the first one is Saber only. I suppose that's why they selected Iori and Setanta here, plus Da Vinci for the current Ruler bonus.

I'm a bit confused here. Lilith's first skill puts Critical Damage Defense Down by 500 to an enemy, which feels like a weird value. But then I see that in Reddit they mention it's 50%. Is it not showing properly in Atlas or is it really only 500 flat?

I feel like at this point Angra having absolutely nothing to do with Fuyuki would be insane honestly, ya don’t give the guy a strengthening quest against 3 Beasts for no reason. They could have used any of the other 50 guys who are connected to him instead of the Beasts who are connected just cause he theoretically could have become one back in Heaven’s Feel.

Angra nope-ing out of being a Beast would be nice. Especially since we only have another sorta-example in Merlin, so that could be brought up. Even more so if Fou is involved.

There's still the matter of the Fuyuki fire and what's going on with that, so that might be why. But also Beasts are friends.
