Technically, Mahatma's a 2-turn CD when calculated in between the last time she gets stars and her skill going back up (once maxed that is). As for Pursuit, I tend to tell myself that the cooldown's high because of the overall value potential rather than the specific card buff that is being aimed for. It could definitely use a buff but I think they're saving it for an Interlude or something.

Btw, I probably missed some of you who has maxed Mona since I don't read every post on a daily basis. Currently only has Malgos, deadfish from BL, and some random guy on my FL with maxed Mona. Nightingale+Leonidas+Altera is quite fun. Altera's damage output went over the roof while Nightingale provides support firepower and keeping Leonidas alive as he work as a tank. Fun that is.
Brynhildr is also an option instead of Altera.
Nero Bride actually is ideal for Leonidas, as she provides both Np charge help and heal & defence. Also attack for Nightingale.
Mind you only my sub has maxed one, my main is not maxed.

I got Nighty to level 80 and her second and third scale to level 6 respectively and holy fuck those damage numbers are impressive.
Nero Bride Bryn and her was the setup.
Unfortunate thing is that the damage numbers lasts only for 3 turns. 3 turns of double+ damage.

Their worth (life) ends when humans can no longer bear that purity.
At least she has additional defense for three extra turns against humanoids, which is quite a lot. If you are willing to invest in her, it will be 3 turns with boost and 2 turn for CD.
