If it helps, I like EMIYA and Touko the most, but part of why I like both EMIYA and Shirou are because they're the same guy and stuff.

You needed a poll with every single character in it. Including the alternate versions of characters so you have a choice between Gilgamesh (Stay Night), Gilgamesh (CCC) Gilgamesh (Zero), Ko-Gil (F/HA) and Ko-Gil (Prisma).

I am of the personal belief that the Tsukihime Remake is two years from release. It will remain as such until a release date is announced, at which time its actual release date is 6 months after that date.
Do it manually. No need to include people like Gai Gatou and Tsukihime Souka if no one's gonna pick them, even if they're options.
(But seriously, I know that someone's just going to select literally every option if we actually made a poll)
But yeah, so far Shirou and Kirei seem to be popular.

It's more interesting if people have to actually explain and talk about their choices than just everybody facelessly ticking off some checkboxes.
And I think it would've been more interesting to narrow it to FSN so people would have to make some less obvious choices instead of being able to just pick the fan favorites from every series.
I'd have to think about mine... Kotomine and Gil would definitely be in there though.

Got a top 9 Nasuverse but 4 do not belong to strictly speaking - for purists - Nasu's works (belong to Fate/Apocrypha) so that makes a top 5 Nasu I guess. Here it is (no notion of rank within the top itself):
Arturia, Archer EMIYA, Kotomine, Nero (Saber, not Chaos), Arcueid.
For the top 9 (still unranked), add Jeanne, Astolfo, Frankestein and Mordred.
