Actually, you might need to add in some citrus as well, so you probably want some kind of combined vanilla cinammon syrup with lemon zest.

Well, that was just my initial guess, but I don't think you want to make the flavor too strong, most people don't even think of Coke as citrus flavored even though it actually is. But now I just Googled and you may as well just straight up make Coke syrup proper.

I decided to try making homemade pizza again, and this time I manage to get the point mostly right. The borders were slightly burned, but at least is not doughy.

Huh. There are a lot more spices than I'd have expected! I think I'll just try your original suggestion and mix up some vanilla and cinnamon syrups. I'll try a bit of lemon juice, too. I don't mind if the taste does come out as citrus-y, I loved Coke Lemon.
