Yes, I meant to say Young Adult novel, not novella. Worm is still of a similarly serial nature, so the comparison can be made.

My Fanfics. Read 'em. Or not.McJon01: We all know that the real reason Archer would lose to Rider is because the events of his own Holy Grail War left him with a particular weakness toward "older sister" types.
Same, the only exception should be the Ayako one although that had nothing to do with it being a lemon either. When you do lemons in your longer stories I just roll with it.
Well... I personally don't comment much, because I got nothing to say. If you want to I could respond every time you post a new chapter for a story I follow. It would end up being mostly something along the lines of "good job", though.
Also I think most people have come to expect you to finish what you start so they probably aren't as hesitant to recommend your new stories.
Please don't, even though I know you're not serious.

http://forums.spacebattles.com/threa...h-worm.273255/ Since someone asked for a good Worm fic here's one
Oh and +one to Heart's of Suffering it's always nice to see FateShirou from time to time and the OC's are excellent.
I'm only requesting he draft two people for his porn, not come up with four of them. I do not require the entire proposed set of people to be gratified. I will be happy with Rin+Sakura, Rin+Sakura+Fiore, Rin+Sakura+Luvia, or all of the above. Thus I will be gratified with more possible variations, and am less picky.
Also, +1 to Crosswinds of Fate. The author had me at the back-and-forth split-scenes between Dumbledore and Rin in Chapter 2.
Quotes & Stuff...No, no stuff, just quotes
Crosswinds of Fate is interesting so far.
Though I think the dialogue feels a bit too formal.
Well, I'm only on chapter 1. Maybe the author became more comfortable with the characters later on.
Ragnarok, come day of wrath
That fallen souls might bear our plea.
To hasten the Divine's return.
O piteous Wanderer.
Do we really have to answer that? Because if we do, prepare to read several "yes".
...To be fair, I should have added a +1 to Hearts of suffering some time ago, but I want to also give a proper review, and I feel kind of lazy, right now. So I'll add it later, for now a +1 to Hearts of Suffering.
And the same with Crosswinds of Fate. I'll write a good review later.
That's one way to read it. Personally, I read it as I said, with a Dumbledore actually behaving as he would with any other children, instead of behaving like he does with Harry. Rin pulling things at the end, I read it as it was just comedy, and the fact that, because both systems are actually incompatible, Rin with the Second can go through the defenses without triggering them because there is nothing to stop her own magic. The same would happen in the Nasuverse if wizards were to do something there. Also, I wasn't interested in the Nasuverse being "kewler", but in how Dumbledore behaves. Sure, this Harry was "edgier" than normal, but again, he grew (at least the last two-three years) in an edgier verse.
In my opinion, the excuse is of the story is to show us just how much kewler and more intelligent than Dumbledore is Luna.
Called it!
Spoiler:
It really wasn't. Unless you think Dumbledore allows clearly unstable 13-years-old that aren't even his students to peruse the library without supervision and makes no effort to find out where they came from or why they're clearly dancing around his questions.
Basically every HP character in the story act completely passively; they're only there to offer reactions to what we're told happens.

There's nothing dark about it.
Also "those two suspicious and clearly unbalanced kids that he spends all year questioning the motives of" are not "anyone".

And I have no idea what makes you think it was meant as a comedy.

The fact that Luna is the one who realices that Tetsu is Harry? The fact that Dumbles doesn't use legillimence? The fact that McGonagal almost had an aneurism and run to tell Dumbles, instead of doing something by herself and then going to Dumbles? The fact that Rin bullies her way through the Deatheaters to resolve Harry Potter in a few sentences and a few years before canon? The fact that Taiga ended with the diary? The fact thatHarryTetsu survives the Basilisk?
If you read that fic seriously, then I understand the -1, of course. But again, if you took that fic seriously, you should begin to not take everything like that.
Also, reading minds is a pretty big breach on privacy, so I expect for it to be, at the very least, frowned upon. Specially when we know that it can be used to manipulate people and or to mentally torture someone (given, having the cruciatus hex, they don't need any other kind of torture), as it has happened in the story (Voldemort manipulated Harry and Snape give him at the very least some grief, although I guess he could had been way worse if he really wanted to torture someone instead of just embarrass and provoke him)

Spoiler:
+1 Hidden Options.
All of which can perfectly well be explained by, you know, bad writing.
I don't take seriously fics that don't take themselves seriously.
A fic with zero humor and a Q&A at the end where the author tries to answer questions is not that. And, of course, if the author meant it as a parody or comedy, he would have used those tags or said it somewhere. (A quick look at his author profile says that he's indeed aware that those tags exist and has used them in the past.)

Eh, I like to think the best of people. And if something makes me laugh and does't horrifies me, I classify it as comedy. Even if the author doesn't think it is. So, in this case, I classify it as (accidental) comedy.
