1. No Insta-Summoning the moment you get out of plane

Hmm... Though, I wonder how we should do the summonings in a way that doesn't result in the Servants waiting for months to actually post. MW was pretty slow (heck, some servants never got summoned) and neither is Regalia that fast (most people haven't summoned yet, imagine if Servants were played by separate people).

Maybe a random draw to determine the arrival order beforehand and have the RP start at the "beginning of the Grail War" (or with the arrival of the final Master)? It would make more sense for Masters to arrive separately anyway, no?

Would also allow for some interesting prepwork, I guess.
