Oscar extending runtime and lack of Hail Cesar playing at the right hours lead me to watching The Revenant yesterday.
Some of the visuals were so over the top it made me laugh (skull pyramid and floating waifu) as did the length of the movie which has Leo acquire Battle Continuation A (with this premise it just keeps piling terrible shit up and while some of the stuff looks legit grueling and awful once you're past like 40 minutes it just becomes kind of funny). But it is very, very pretty. The long-ass takes during the opening action sequence were prob the best part of that movie.

I did enjoy Frozen but every song that isn't LIG or the snowman one is kinda terrible which isn't a great thing to say about a musical
I liked Anna's songs and the troll one well enough although lyrics-wise they're far cry from Stephen Schwartz or Tim Rice
The trolls are bar none the worst part of the movie for me, they're the same blight on Frozen that the gargoyles are on hunchback
Tbh Quasimodo is probably just imagining the gargoyles so it's not like they don't have a point, which I guess is the common criticism for the trolls.
This is a thing people say sometimes but sort of ignores the dumb part of the movie where they are actively attacking the forces assaulting the cathedral
even if he were just imagining them they'd still be annoying filler
e: hunchback is great but boy do I hate those things
