As far as I can remember, it was strongly hinted/speculate by the characters that she was responsible for the ritual, can't remember what was said about the village in the novels, and the entry translated there was of Add, no word about the village itself. The translation in there is still in progress thought, so more details may come out later

I think the novel established that the Black Lady in Gray's village was probably Morgan, but I don't remember a hard confirmation on it.
I think this entry about Seal Thirteen is saying Bedivere had a prosthetic limb that he wore during official ceremonies for the sake of courtesy. Obviously just a post-hoc explanation for when they mistakenly drew him with his GO arm in the Rail Zeppelin illustration but makes sense to me.

Also I wonder if the book finally clarifies Gray's feelings towards Waver, cause she obviously loves him but I still have no idea in what sense that is
Waver needs to learn to fuckin move on before he can start any new relationship.
