It's sad that I'm so jaded about how Shirou has been treated in post FSN stories that my first thought was that Sanda is just gonna have Shirou be offscreen the whole volume.

I was suspicious that we'd really see Shirou before, but that he has a new outfit on the cover instead of just reusing an existing one makes me think he actually will show up.
well, you see, Limited/ Zero Over was claimed to be PEAK Shirou so all future costumes need to be Japanese style. Like archery costume MULLET Emiya from Link
Flat's parents... on the one hand, they brought him into this world. On the other, they DID repeatedly try to kill him. They made an unforgivable mistake, but spent the next decade trying to atone. Ah. What a dilemma. Narita's heavy hand will presumably make them the most irredeemable motherfuckers on the planet, as is his way, but idk, I might stan out of sheer spite if they go that route.

On a serious note, if we do get any amount of Shirou, I hope he gets to spend time with Flat or maybe some other new character.
I like harem hijinks just fine, but if Rin can get some new stuff to do, so can he.
Probly for the best they didn't manage to kill him
The preview summary makes it sound like he's going to be the person Rin and Luvia run into, though the two groups will probably meet up eventually like the groups in the Alexandria books did.
