Waver certainly doesn't seem to be, but the El-Mellois probably know, especially given the highly specific nature of Kayneth's injuries. Considering they also knew Sola-Ui was dead when Waver himself didn't know, they probably did their own investigation while Waver was away kind of like what Kirei did.

I dont care about that one, even if it was never explained you could always just assume its the conclusion of the supposed Winchester event that happened after Rin and Luvia first meet in Hollow. The Fujimura house becoming enemy territory is much more interesting

Actually in the Case File Material did mention that Waver had found out that Kiritsugu is the one who killed Kayneth at the end of volume 8 and he also suffered great impact from that, like a shot through his heart.
