No you do. Byegod is saying they think it's weird since the origin of circuits are tied to Solomon (I think?). But we've had Japanese mages using magic circuits since mages were introduced, so it's not like only Europeans have them.
Magic circuits were never mentioned to be Solomon-related, and as far as I can remember, the only beings explicitly stated not to have them are completely disconnected from humanity (True devils and Elementals).
It just feels weird to me, if that makes sense, was hoping it owuld be more breathing and walking or that type of thing, or cultivating or whatever.
ah yes, just what TM needs

In fact, if I recall it correctly, Circe is explicitly stated to have Magic Circuits, and she's much older than Solomon.
That said, I can understand the objection: having all forms of magic without a divine origin ultimately derive from King Solomon is extremely reductive, to say the least.

Chen Gong uses Xia dynasty magic he inherited and though it was shit cuz it needed circuits, he then found Lu Bu and his suicide soldier tactics began. And Xia dynasty is supposed to be placed in like 2000 BC cuz its fictitious, (probably a texture in nasuverse) , so these chinese mages were playing with magic circuits long before Solomon was a twinkle in David's eye..
Does this mean Rowling is a mage and by sharing mage secrets in her books she is a threat to Mystery who should be eliminated?
