The problem here is that Mioriya is like 50 meters away from the big bad and the jobbing squad

Aus Feuer ward der Geist geschaffen,
drum schenkt mir süßes Feuer ein!
Die Lust der Lieder und der Waffen,
die Lust der Liebe schenkt mir ein,
der Trauben süßes Sonnenblut,
das Wunder glaubt und Wunder thut!
tbh, I didn't really understand or expect All for One's plan to actually be grooming Shigaraki as the successor.
Like we'd probably get All Might biting it, with future chapters telling the truth of his back story, and All for One mortally wounded so he'd get time to pass on his Quirks to Shigaraki.
Who thought this pacing was a good idea in the anime?

First dubbed episode just came out! All aboard the hype train!! *choo choo*
I happened to watch the first episode a day or two before the dub came out, so I got to compare the two. All the voices seem pretty solid, with none that jump out at me as unfitting. All Might sounds exactly as much of a hammy Western superhero caricature as he should be. I think Katsuki sounded a bit better ('rougher' and more feral) in Japanese, but it's no big deal.

In other words they're all bad.
It's a Funimation dub, so in theory there is one somewhat good voice and the rest range from meh to bad.
I am of the personal belief that the Tsukihime Remake is two years from release. It will remain as such until a release date is announced, at which time its actual release date is 6 months after that date.Originally Posted by Nasu

At least on this site.
It's been a while since I've actually watched a dub all the way through, but from what I've seen, the general result is kind of halfhearted. There's typically one or two decent voice actors or even one good one in a show, but so many people are so flat or monotone that it just takes away from the experience. There are exceptions, but it just seems like there's just a lot less effort put into it.
I've seen way too many scenes where a character is shouting in the actual scene, but the dub just kind of has them raising their voice in that "oh look I'm raising my voice to pretend I care" kind of way like the voice actor isn't allowed to shout or just does not care enough to put the effort into shouting.

I don't like dubs very much
Only a few exceptions I can say are good, like Baccano! DRRR! and Big O

I'm just impressed by All for One. Judicious application of multiple powers, it's literally quantity turning into quality.
Shit's crazy. It makes All Might that much stronger if he could survive and injure All for One.
Dat All Might back hand he gonna die ;_;
