Deku has been taking on various Batman characteristics...Also, I love how All for One trolled him by coopting All Might's "You're next!" line. As for Nagant, I am conflicted about whether I want her to live. On one hand, she could have some great character interactions with some of the younger characters, but on the other, her death would up the stakes emotionally.
I'm impressed by how Deku handled the Overhaul thing. A surprisingly mature response, imo.

Half of Twitter is going "oh my gosh LOOK AT THE EDGE, this is so cool", while the other half is going "why are you applauding, it's because of the trauma that he's like this, why are you smiling?!"
Deku's current situation sucks, but one way or another I'm expecting either Stain (who woulda thought?) or his old classmates to get him pointed in the right direction again.
Also, Deku literally abandoned All Might on Father's Day. Hori, WTF.
I'm definitely in the latter camp. That being said, I think Stain is the absolute last person Deku should potentially ally with since he is essentially the perfect hero by Stain's definition. Stain would want him to go even farther.
Deku's about to get the value of friendship hammered into him by force, and I'm very glad to see it happen. The first part of this chapter was rough.

I'm not sure how to feel about the anime rearranging the Meta Liberation Army arc and the Endeavor Internship arc, given that in the manga, the events of the former directly led to the latter. I assume the anime is keeping the general order of events the same despite the shuffling, and will in fact portray the MLA arc as a sort of flashback, since they already seem to refer to the whole Deika City incident in the past tense. Either way, I assume nothing really changes with regards to events of the series, just the way that they're presented.
