Final doesn't mean soon, so whatevs
AFO really out here claiming that Overhaul was a "victim of society". Granted, it fits with the guy's known methods (plus him giving away a Quirk here and there in order to curry favor among other people), but Overhaul is easily one of the most unrepentant people we've seen in the entire manga.
All Might's not dead, that's for sure. But anything past that I have no idea; there's so many ways we could go based on how this encounter finishes out.
ALSO, before I forget- who in the world did she kill, in order to land in jail like that? Some people are theorizing Red Riot, but I feel like it's someone different. And her reasons for killing them could also have a huge effect on where the story goes.
Exactly, though I might give Lady Nagant some slack if she doesn't quite know what Overhaul did to land in Tartarus.
When it comes to who and why Lady Nagant killed, I'm guessing that Hero was corrupt in some way or just happened to be around when she snapped and went rogue.
Meanwhile in Vigilantes: Ya boi Koichi is all growed up

I give him like six more chapters before his story is done, but its been a great ride.
“Yet the burden shall be shared by two entwined, from which the sword will part from the body and be bestowed upon the vassal to sacrifice themselves and cleave through space and time.”
“Mark upon this unworthy flesh the emblem of the sacrifice, the vassal whose death shall bring forth victory through the fields of steel and blood!”
“The oath is laid here. We are the ones who represent all the good within the pure lands, and we are the ones who judge what is evil within the pure lands. Thou, Seven Heavens clad in three mere words of unequal power, shall emerge from the spiral of control, O keeper of the balance—!”
I'm guessing at least ten, but yeah, it's winding up for the big finish at last. I hope it's more sweet than bitter, because the narration's been prepping us for a gut punch for a while now. I don't know if I can stomach AfO stealing Koichi's Quirk after all the hard work we've seen him do to improve it. And the fact he'd be totally ok with something like that if it meant saving people makes it that much more painful, because the boy is a real hero.

Nagant's priorities and standards are all messed up, but that's not surprising considering her backstory and how killing to maintain the system broke her. She's basically gone far down MHA's version of the nazbol vortex.
The Nazbol vortex is basically the process in which you as a progressive essentially start abandoning progressive social issues to work with the right for class issues, and eventually you give up more and more until you end up a nazbol, who ostensibly holds leftist ideas on class, but far right social positions. In reality, you're nothing more than another fascist by this point. It starts because "right wing populists" agree about the problems with capitalism, but have wildly different solutions, and if you try to concede things to work on shared problems, you end up becoming them.
I think it applies in this case because Lady Nagant no longer can make any real distinction between Heroes and Villains and somehow views the shady government agency as worse than the out and out villainous overlord. She agrees with the villains about the problems, and is easily convinced to work with them by All for One parroting common talking points about dismantling the corrupt hero society, but she overlooks the fact that their commonalities end there and she's essentially just another villain no matter what she says.
