The story in B2 felt weak for it's own game, would have been better as DLC

No! The Bioshock Infinite DLC is terrible. The only good thing about it at all is that you get to see some of Rapture before things go to hell.

Yes! The Bioshock Infinite DLC is fantastic. It's all good, but the best part is how you get to see some of Rapture before things go to hell.

Storywise, Burial at Sea shouldn't even have been possible, but part one still would've been good, if not for that ending. Then part two takes the characters that are acting 100% out of character, and compounds it by turning the stupidity up to 11. The story actually goes downhill from the grade-A crap that ended in part one, and compounds it with that terrible 'stealth' mechanic. Then they go WAY overboard with the cameos and references and retcons of the original Bioshock.

I forgot all about the stealth mechanic because I played on PC and just turned off the enemy AI any time I needed to get anywhere.

Wasn't it a pretty big theme in Infinite that there are a ton of timelines in which different things happen?

It's not like it actually retconned/invalidated the original.

    Helldivers is pretty fantastic.

Just spent an hour with four guys, one of whom could barely play, the other two of whom kept trying to kill each other with supply drops and strafing planes.

Hoping someone else here plays it.

I've played it! Just over at a friend's house, in the middle of the night, and I had no idea what I was doing but it was good.

I can never decide whether I like FA's Operation Meltdown or not. You spend so much time just ignoring your current objective to prepare for the final one, and that final one is an interesting challenge but also sort of insane. It's a cool idea in concept, to see if you can make the most of the game's fabled static defences, or else build up such a powerful mobile force that you can fight the omnidirectional experimental-class attack, but also really stressful.

Just relax and enjoy the Nep. Also the fact that the first game is the hardest since you don't get any cheat characters, items or plans.
