I realised that I had a bunch of Digimon games I bought but never got around to playing so I thought I'd start fixing that. Starting with just having beat "Digimon World: Next Order" - well the main story anyways, I'll probably take a break before tackling the post-game stuff.
Really good and full of nostalgia goodness. Even if the ENG dub was a bit cringey, I did enjoy hearing a lot of the old voice actors reprising their roles such as Richard Epcar doing an Elvis impression once again for Etemon like back in
Adventure or Mari Devon as Taomon like in
Tamers. The gameplay was definitely streamlined from the original
Digital World making it much more manageable to raise the Digimon you want in a shorter amount of time. The gameplay wasn't perfect, but most of the problems I had could be traced back to it being a port of a PS Vita game. If they do make another
World game then hopefully they'll put it either on the Switch or Consoles so that they can make it even better. Overall I had a really good time. <3
