same. But after watching a review I decided to go through it last month. Very much worth it although personally I didn't feel like it was a masterpiece until the very end.
You'll need to patch it with FAR if you're playing on PC. It runs a lot smoother with that.
Though abandoned, forgotten, and scorned as out-of-date dolls, they continue to carry out their mission, unchanged from the time they were designed.
Machines do not lose their worth when a newer model appears.
Their worth (life) ends when humans can no longer bear that purity.
Route C is where it got kino for me
Route C is where the good shit happens. It's just a shame B isn't abbreviated.

Started Legend of the Galactic Heroes (14/07/23), pray for me.
Venus Blood Frontier. For some reason, I have an overabundance of food (and not much other resources).
I played Nier Automata for the first time last year, and my one regret was not starting on it sooner. It is kind of funny to think A and B were really just an extended prologue for Route C.
Right now, I'm going on a demo binge.
Oninaki: Neat concept but the combat was too slow and plodding for my tastes.
Mistover: It's like Darkest Dungeon but with animu. I want to like this style of game more than I do, but the micromanaging feels like a chore.
Grand Kingdom: I'm on the fence about it. I can see myself getting bored with a full game of this, but I can also see myself really enjoying it. Maybe getting the full game to access all of the classes and missions would liven it up for me.
Kingdom Hearts III: I've gone so long without playing a KH game (BBS was my last outing) that I don't feel a connection to these characters or this franchise anymore.
Final Fantasy VII: The new combat system threw me for a loop at first, but I had really come to enjoy by the time I fought the spider tank. Already preordered.

In VBF, making civil decisions increases your reign meter, while making forceful decisions increases your conquest meter... Apparently, favorite food choice affects these meters... Huh?
God damn it, quarantine's started but none of the big single player releases I'm looking forward to are out. Cyberpunk, Horizon, Death Stranding & Dying Light 2 all release Summer or later, Breathedge & Subnautica are still in early access, and Outer Wilds still isn't on Steam.

I've been reliving my teenage days and trawling the interwebs for smaller super indie stuff, unreleased on Steam and all that, and my conclusions are that holy crap some of these porn game dudes have super good ideas and execution, but they'll never get any recognition because people are allergic to nudity apparently.
Also because they don't seem to know how to advertise, which is fair enough, I guess.
I've finished Yakuza 0 & 1, and I'm planning to grab 2 when there's a sale on.

So I turned Odin to the dark side. That's all the goddesses. Of course, I would. You know, whether it be Dracula from Castlevania or Rumpelstiltskin from Once Upon a Time, whenever someone they love becomes "the light of their life". That "light" eventually kills them, literally and oftentimes painfully. If that's the case, isn't it a safer choice to plunge that light into darkness as reasonably soon as possible?
Damn I forgot how fun it is to kill horde of enemies with AoE spells, avoiding boss big attacks while hitting them with your strongest magic. Now replace that AoE spells and magic with Cannon and landmines that stun and give fuckton of damage

Salt and Sanctuary: My kind of hell! As a huge fan of the SoulsBorne formula, seeing it translated to 2D and given an infusion of some Igavania blood has been an interesting experience. The art style is wonderfully ugly. Really sells you on how twisted and hopeless this island at the end of the world is.
