I say love something in its entirety. Shouldnt adults be able to do that? (I mean, we should all be adults if we're going through FSN and Tsukihime, right?) Or at least highschoolers. With the exception of one (or two) scenes... In F/ha the H-scenes can only be viewed / accessed via the Eclipse button on the home page, or via the Eclipse list in replay mode. (I don't think) you're forced to read through them all; they just unlock after you finish the game.
The one or two scenes not bound by the above is Karen's H-scene at the church, and (if memory serves correct) a few flash-backs of Shirou and Rin getting it on at school from back in Heaven's Feel. And F/ha being a 'select-a-choice' kinda game, provided you know what scenes to avoid you'd be sweet in playing this in front of others...
Now, in saying all that. I too wouldn't be against it, but it might be more hassle than it's worth. Adding a decision variable in front of a H-scene asking for a choice as to whether you want to skip or not... Well, rampage202 from back in the day, and ranmafan too added text into the game before. But I can't comment as to how difficult it will be setting up a 'please-choose' prompt and getting it to skip the scene in its entirety (or part thereof).

I decided to replay the entire game with the new patch (noticed i stopped way to early in the previous, trying to avoid spoils), and took some pictures of some typos, although some of them seem to be on purpose. Although this feels kinda stupid, i hope these helps (and haven't been posted before):

Agreed - you have to use varied turns of phrase or it gets monotonous.
My opinion on people who want to skip H-scenes is that they can just close their eyes and hold down the skip key for a minute or so. :P Or, alternately, play a different game.
Nothing stupid about it, and certainly helpful.
As mentioned above, this one is better left as it is...The scene where Illya suddenly visits school: this should be "many female students".
