Ries' main story is pretty great. Her dialogue with V-Akiha in her serious arcade mode is pretty funny. She pretty much just snaps and accepts that Misaki is just a parade of weirdos and starts to laugh after V-Akiha challenges her to a fight.
Ange, huh? i cant get along with Ange's fightingstyle at all, but i like palying Ronove, B.Battler, Willard and Jessica.
im missing endings 39, 40 and 42, anyone know which combination of characters is needed for those?
39 is Erika/Bern, 40 is 410/Lambda. 42 doesn't exist, it's a image will all characters that is given to you after completing all arcade stories.
And I myself play most often as Shannon, Erika and Ronove.
huh, i could swear i'd already palyed as Erika/bern, i got that as 38. weird... well, ill just try again i guess.
Really? Because 38 is Will/Bern, even though he doesn't appear in the CG.
i believe i got the same thign when palying will/bern and erika/bern and was confused. maybe it was just some kidna error, or my memory is failing me in weird ways.
I'm playing the game right now and while the frame-rate during fights is good, the loading between scenes is unbelievably slow. Has anyone else experienced this? And if they have, do you know how to fix it?

I assume you are playing the first game in which case I'm almost positive no one bothered making a fix for it. Maybe the later games are faster idunno.

I've watched the first two routes so far, found the second to be beautifully done.
So, is it Re-Act the one I should download for original story and its additions? I'm assuming I would be able to download for free and as to how gameplay is on the computer I don't know.
If I wanted to play the most updated version, pay for AACC?
Yes, get Re-Act for the Story mode.
If you're interested in the fighting game aspect and want to actually play the game with people, get AACC. It has no Story mode and the Arcade mode isn't fully translated. Good luck getting a legal copy of it though, the only way to get the game legally is to buy the Carnival Phantasm Season 3 limited edition Blu-ray release, which is quite rare and super expensive.
I think MBR final tuned was very playable, I actually like it better than MBAC and MBAA.

Well even if he enjoys MBR gameplay, I don't think he'll be able to find opponents. Playing a fighting game against the CPU isn't really interesting when you're done with the Story mode.
