The first thing Wallachia manifested as TATARI wasWallachia(tireeeeed) Dracula. But theoretically he coulda totally had a RM before then (as he had to have to actually get the idea to bring up to Alt).

Agaaaaa, I'm not sure which is called Night of Wallachia and which is Night of the Blood Liar. Is Night of Wallachia the RM or the torrent of infos amassed by TATARI?
Well, here's the thing, I think Zepia's RM might of been slightly different before well becoming TATARI. I mean, even when he gets forcefully manifested by the Red Moon he still can summon the Malignant Copies when fighting (but yeah this could totally be lolfightinggame). I mean with TATARI he doesn't have a physical self and can therefore take the form of things. You can't exactly do that when you have a normal body. The RM in the end is creating fears of others. The other things are used to get information from others.
So yeah, with this interpretation you can kinda figure it went from being a cool Scarecrow RM to being a full fledged DAA tier weirdo ability, because now you can't do shit.

I'm late to the party but damn that Rider/Waver and Saver/Kirei teams look good, both as teams and also art wise.
I don't know if it's intentional Shirou and Shiki look exactly the same from their features or not, but sadly the same face syndrome is a thing often occurring with artists without them even realizing :'')
