Huh, never even heard of this country until now. Charming decision, this. A legal code like this usually represents a shift towards a dictatorship, what with anti-blasphemy laws being great for quashing dissent, but considering they've got a sultan as their head of state, they were probably already there. That's not a position one usually associates with freedom or democracy.
