Is it possible for some changes on the medical industry in America? What I've heard and seen is terrifying, since having or not having insurance still kills people who need the service.

I think picking up the political pieces after this is gonna affect national politics pretty much everywhere. Hell the Republicans were like 5 minutes before planting the seeds of genuine American national socialism before their handlers told them the plan is to let people die now.

Meanwhile, to give examples of how some of the folks on the ground here feel:

1. It's the End Times and only Trump can save us.
2. It's the End Times and Trump is the Antichrist.
3. This is all leading up to "One World Government."
4. It's the collapse of Western Civilization as we know it.
5. People losing there shit over something that's not even a big deal.
6. This is all some big plot to overthrow the government because there are "people in power who hate 'murrica."
7. The Democrats will have a brokered convention and nominate Bloomberg, who'll then win because it's all rigged anyway and they're just going back to the old smoke-filled rooms like it used to be.
8. The Dems are sabotaging the stimulus package because they want abortion rights provisions in it. The should just catch the virus and die!
9. The virus is a Chinese bioweapon that was accidentally set loose; a novel predicted it, so it's true.
10. Americans are the dumbest people in the world. I've traveled abroad, and I swear to God, these people are all morons.

I'm actually hearing very little "it's fake" here even among my more conspiratorial minded coworkers. Most misinformation goes along the line of mask efficiency, the fact that it literally happened because chinese people ate bat soup or that treatment is available but its a full transplant of all your organs so only rich people can do it.

Even without the anti-viral, mortality would start to fall as the virus strikes the same person again and cells detect the already familiar entity and proceed to eject it like a common cold. It's the "herd immunity" Boohoo mentioned.

The antimalarial chloroquine based treatment also has its caveats, and can't be thought of as a quick cure-all either, although Trump desperately wishes it was.
It's a possibility that should be used along with other medication while being properly monitored by a physician. Not doing so and demanding it from one's doctor could be as bad as suggesting if silver solution is safe as part of a health regime..

Unless El Presidente is out, I doubt we will see anything other than efforts to bail out big corporations from his packages.

El Presidente surprised many with his actions, so we are pretty much on our toes since we believe he will pick the utmost ridiculous options on gut instinct. At least you need not worry him trying to nuke NYC becasue it has the most infection.

If you should have one takeaway from this presidency it is that there are enough safeguards in place to just do the party line without much influence of the president itself as long as said president doesn't care too much.

Unfortunately, there's not much that can be done to prevent him from going postal in that regard besides someone with a brain along the way either refusing a presidential order, or giving him the Caligula treatment. We're left with a guy that doesn't seem to pretend at being a crazy person hopefully not deciding to do one of the dumbest things imaginable for someone in his position.

And as for that anti-malarial? We currently have problems with doctors self-prescribing it, or handing it out to their friends, family, and coworkers. There's currently a shortage of it because of that.

Well, like some already mentioned, it is almost impossible to make meaningful changes without screwing up the core of the country, so yeah, pretty fucked.

Well now isn't exactly a moving time, so I'm staying put. It's also mainly a desire as opposed to something I'm taking concrete steps in the direction of. But I do have a European passport so it's not like I don't have options in this regard.
