I'm sure they'll claim it would be "destabilizing" or some other stupid shit so the measured response all the smartest people in the room back is to sit in place like a traffic cone and do absolutely nothing. Never mind that the Trump admin showed how easy it is to take supposedly bold action like moving an embassy in a geopolitical hotspot if the will is there. But with Democrats it never is. And this of course being kind to them and I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt that they actually don't want the embassy in Jerusalem which is either just a) something they're indifferent to; or b) something they secretly support behind the scenes. It is overwhelmingly likely to be option B.

I mean barring a medical breakthrough (I do hear there have been some promising trials of some drugs but it’s all very preliminary) we will be just as fucked in September as we are now. Arguably more since people will be nearer to each other
What was the promising drug trial you heard of cuz last I heard everything on the antiviral side came back negative.
Vaccine development is looking fine but that takes 2 years optimistically and some of the fastest vaccine development we ever did was 5 years.
