Heh. So the RNC is launching a big ad blitz in SC targeting Clinton. As a Clinton supporter I suppose I should be annoyed that they are trying to put their finger on the scale for Bernie, but the part of me that enjoys the theatre of it all can't help but love seeing pure politics in action.
I just thought that they were getting a head start on the candidate that they knew was going to get the nomination.
Same difference, you can run the ad again for the same media market in the general but if it fucks up the nomination process, why not just do it now?
^^Nah this is straight out of the playbook the D's used to such great effect in the senate races of 2012. Spend a few million propping up a weaker candidate so that he either wins, or the other guy has to spend tens of millions and a bunch more time sealing the deal in the primary. It's a proven strategy.
Plus, the ads are all stating Clinton is a racist and bad for minorities, the demographic Bernie needs a lot of help with, this is a good move on their part.
also, just to slightly grind an axe, man, that citizens united sure made money flow free and destroy the balance of our electoral system, the will of the people drowned in an avalanche of green
