It depends. From the perspective of some countries, they probably should. I don't want my own country to leave, because it's leeching quite a bit of money from EU right now, which is good. What a Czech thing to say. There is still the threat of EU doubling down further on punishments for dissent, though, in which case anyone has to leave before they stop being a country of their own anymore.
We also probably won't be getting as much money off you all once Britain is gone, so yeah. If this gig is going to go on, EU better stay as it is.

How serious are British politicians about invoking Article 50 Lisbon? Leave seems to want a 4-year timeline, so 2 years of wrangling with EU before invoking it, while Cameron is talking about invoking it ASAP (lol haha).
More fragmentation is always wonderful!
Cameron's many things, but 'coward' isn't one of them. It takes courage to fight the 1922ers like he has, and to drag the Conservatives even as far as he has into the modern era.
They're serious, but they're also a minority among all parties and particularly among all MPs as a whole. Which is part of why this is such a cluster: the politicians don't represent the will of the country. It also means there's no real structure for going forward, because there's no genuinely cohesive aegis for them to rally and plan under.
When we'll get around to invoking Article 50, or even if we ever will, is still up in the air.
(If we wait long enough, the old people will die off).
