To bring this back to my previous comment, takeaway curry is pretty much the rape of Indian Culture if we're to be honest with ourselves. Even if it tastes good.
e: so the moral calculus of this all seems to be fine except the benefits are accruing to westerners with enough money to buy takeout and not actual victims which seems somewhat problematic.
