BEHOLD! THE SIG OF GOLDEN TRUTH! Pillaged from McJon, Tsukikan et al.
god forbid we have stability
Yes, bless stability for those who can pay for it! Bless stability for those who benefit from it... at the expense of others...
Whatever keeps your hands full or tied to the point your country losses all semblance of expeditionary power (or refuses to look at other countries and pass judgment) is all, in the long term better. The days of "exporting democracy" no longer remain.
Like a computer, some countries just don't support it.
Also, I am now convinced the Telegraph is the newspaper counterpart to the favorite news source of anyone who refuses to acknowledge bias (read, the BBC).

90-year old trans woman tells her story
History has shown that stability means money may flow from the top percentages to the vast majority of the population but once problems occur money tends to concentrate even more up to the point a civil war or something equally devastating occurs which might improve things if the country was bad enough but for most isn't the case.
You can see this very clearly in the past two decades. Up to a decade ago overall growth was occurring and by and large people benefited from it. From a decade ago the money in the top has increased in both absolute and relative levels to the detriment of the vast majority of people with no end in sight. Out of the world's biggest economies currently I understand Brazil, United Kingdom and United States are actively supporting that trend but not sure about the others since they aren't as blatant and I am not paying attention enough to understand the ramifications of the decisions being made as pertains to the unique set of circumstances each country has.

You speak of knowledge, Judicator? You speak of experience? I have journeyed through the darkness between the most distant stars. I have beheld the births of negative-suns and borne witness to the entropy of entire realities... Unto my experience, Aldaris, all that you've built here on Aiur is but a fleeting dream. A dream from which your precious Conclave shall awaken, finding themselves drowned in a greater nightmare.
it's funny how republicans only care about privacy until they can make money off taking it away
