First of all, it's a straw man because those two incidents are unrelated even if Sandmann did or did not have knowledge of the women from earlier (that's assuming that he himself was there). Second of all, their claims of being "harassed" are fishy because you can clearly hear one of the kids shouting "We can't hear you!" at the start of the video to the women implying that they said something first that was conveniently not filmed. And even the women hadn't been the provocateurs, while chanting "Maga" and "Build the Wall" in public might be annoying, it's hardly a crime. No one's saying he isn't a ex-soldier of some kind, just that his claims of being a Vietnam vet are dubious given he's only 64 and yet he claims to have been in the marines during Vietnam which is unlikely as the marines left Vietnam in '71 which would make him 15-16 at the time of leaving. (Enlistment age is 17 at the minimum).
