So what will exactly happen when Trump wants to take it to the courts?
Probably very little; with massive voting events like elections - especially this one - there are always going to be small amounts of people frauding the system, there's no way to deny it, it will happen. But the total amount of any fraud is irrelevant; it could possibly matter in Georgia where the difference in votes is still in the single thousands, but it isn't going to matter anywhere else where the difference in votes is 10, 20, 30, 40 thousand or more. There may be action in 2021 to alter or update election processes going forward, but most of the cases that Trump and his legal team are trying to push in are going to get tossed out of court almost immediately.
The fact of the matter is if there were any significant, massive amount of fraud, it would have shown up by now. It never made sense in the first place either; Biden has pulled ahead in all of these key battleground states and is now President-Elect, but the Republicans are likely to hold onto their numbers in the Senate AND they gained seats in the House of Representatives. If there was some sort of conspiracy out there to put Biden in place, than why didn't the Senate actually flip, or the Dems gain more seats in the House? It just doesn't make sense. :|

I don't remember which state it was but at least one judge has already thrown his case out.
I'm not celebrating a Biden victory, I'm celebrating a Trump loss.
Assuming this actually hits the courts, it's not likely to overturn the results at this point. There's going to be a bunch of salty Base Republicans who believe this is a stolen election, but no one with a brain will believe it.
So now we're going to have to see if Trump pardons himself, flees the country, or does crazier shit like try to form an opposition government. He also poses some potentially serious national security risks, and could try to continue to mooch off the government and continue to perpetuate his BS through his Presidential Library.

j/k it's gonna be the same thing as if Trump stayed in office lol
Yeah. Getting really tired seeing people saying that Biden won in a landslide. The only metric you could really say that is raw vote count, and that's not all that impressive given that Trump 2020 beat Obama 2008 in raw votes. If you go by % of the vote, he didn't get 10%+ more of the vote. If you go by ECV, he didn't get 400+.
It's an utter travesty that the best a Biden/Harris ticket managed to pull off was aBush(apparently Bush Sr.enjoyed some Reagan numbers there) W/Trump-level ECV win while losing House seats and most likely still not having 50 Senate seats to get VP tiebreaker vote.
But I'm sure Tobias and others like him will say that Bernie failing to win the Primary is indicative of him being unable to win a General if a hypothetical situation where he had proceeded to the General instead despite very telling evidence of how Bernie/progressive stuff winning while Democrats still lose: recreational marijuana propositions in 5 states winning + Florida going Trump while still passing the 15 USD/hr proposition. CA was pretty disappointing in how it voted for its propositions, especially in how the state decided to keep fucking over Uber/Lyft drivers by not treating them as employees after those companies poured 220M+ into convincing people to vote that way.
By the way, Biden is almost 80. If he dies before the electoral college vote, they have to replace him, and it doesn't have to be with Kamala.
Picture Hillary just kinda walking up to Joe with a shotgun right now.
Oh, here's a good one. Remember when Clyburn claimed how he was deciding between 3 people back before his endorsement of Biden just before Super Tuesday? Seems he just admitted that was bullshit and he intentionally waited to release his endorsement just before Super Tuesday, right on the heels with Pete's and Amy's dropout after Obama decided to anoint Biden the preferred candidate.

Democratic Majority Whip Jim Clyburn, whose late-February endorsement of Biden proved to be a transformational moment for his campaign, revealed that he informed Biden advisers months earlier of his decision. But Clyburn resisted pressure from the campaign to go public because he thought it would pack more punch just before the South Carolina primary.
