Might watch the video later, when I'm not at work. As I see it, it's not that he doesn't denounce racism. It's that he's usually reluctant to do so, tends to be rather weak when he does, and associates with groups and individuals who are. Not to mention he's quick to condemn complaints against racist practices and to defend those accused of them (which is fine in the case of poorly evidenced situations). It gives the impression of being an enabler at best. When one compares his use of force against protesters both violent and peaceful, it looks worse. Then there's his involvement with his father's rentals... so he ends up looking insincere whenever he tries to reject White Nationalism and racism in general.
This is often read as tacit support on both sides of the problem.
