- - - Updated - - -Kubo recorded a video message for fans at the panel, in which he said fans can expect modern contemporary coloring and a new and refreshing viewing experience with the new anime. He added he is closely involved with all aspects of the anime. Kubo also acknowledged that the anime thus far has omitted some scenes from the manga, but he wants to add them back in if possible.
This is going to be so freaking cool, everything looks so good. That scene at the end, is one of my favorites from this arc.
Also it's just Sternritter. It's not two different words, ANN.

Trigun is returning for a Reboot? Prequel? Not really clear - but what is clear is that I am not a fan of the CGI artstyle so I'll pass.

What is infinitely more exciting to me is TRIGGER announcing a new "Panty and Stocking" project. Something I assumed would never get a sequel.

I'm torn on Trigun. On one hand I'm a huge fan of the 90's style the first series had, but on the other, this 3d is looking really good too. I don't like his coat, but if this is a prequel like people think, he'll probably get the classic one by the end.
More surprising to me was the CyberPunk 2077 OP that dropped.
I didn't know Imaishi was directing it, or that Akira Yamaoka was the composer. Are we looking at maybe the first case of the anime tie in being better than the original game?

Didn't expect them to keep this 3-shade style for the whole thing, I thought they'd default to the same shading from before the first show.
But it's cool, it'll give this arc its own visual identity in contrast to the rest of the series. And it does look good.

Man, I ended up hating Bleach but even then I really want to watch this. Kubo's art + nostalgia is too strong.
