Uh, I tend to think of things that fail to meet their own standards as failures, you know, as per the word fail.
A trainwreck or other sorts of disasters are more like, wow, there's nothing you can do, this is shit. You know, you can't control the fact that you suck because you never had a chance to begin with. As opposed to something that has plenty of potential and then just doesn't use that potential.
Localizationing stuff
My trainwreck definition is basically something that is so bad its funny, or a show that is out of its own control.
Lumping in Aldnoah with stuff like Guilty Crown and Valvrave makes the former looks worse than it is (though that said don't watch Aldnoah it's not good) and the latter look better than it is (hoooooly shit).
Sorry but Valvrave is perfection. Objectively.
to be fair, the last 4 or so episodes of Guilty Crown were legitimately good, and the prequel VN was amazing, albeit pretty short.
Doesnt change the fact that the prequel VN, Guilty Crown Lost Xmas, is awesome.
Heavy Object anime slated for Autumn (Fall) release.

Speaking of which, volume 9 cover is out.
On the topic of Kamachi, volume 6 of Zashiki Warashi is to be released in May. So far Kamachi is going 5 for 5 this year. Five months and five LN volumes. Thus far he hasn't missed and isn't planning to miss a single month to release a new LN volume. Sasuga Dengeki. They're really overworking their money-making program.
Also we should resurrect the HO and Zashiki Warashi threads.

Boooooo
I can't wait to see all the various, creative uses of the "light ray"!
Before complaining because of the inevitable censorship (studios can't break laws, people), please understand that it's you who are choosing to watch the TV airing instead of waiting for BDs

And that was inevitably uncensored (one of the few shows where CR ended up showing the uncensored version after some time, in fact)
So my point still stands that it's your fault for not waiting for BDs when you know it will be censored on TV.

Uh Bassgs, laws have nothing to do with TV anime nipple, ass and gore-censoring, the only things that must be legally censored in japan are penises and vaginas, and BDs wont change that
Well, it may not be laws per se. But studios aren't allowed to air gore, nipples and asses on most TV channels (Because of the channel's rules regarding what they allow to air and not any law, but the effect is the same (an external force forcing the studios to censor their shit if they want it to air on TV (I won't deny some may use the chance to try and get people to buy BDs , but most censorship is because of studios being forced to censor their stuff to air it on TV)))
